Ingredients of Gajar Ka halwa:

  • 1 kg gajar greatest
  • 1 liter full fat milk
  • 300 gm mava
  • 100 gm ghee
  • 300 gm sugar
  • 100 gm casionut
  • 50 gm badam
  • 50 gm green pisticho
  • 7-8 green cordmon

Method for "Gajar Ka halwa":

  1. One heavy pan grated gajar milk in high flame 10minute than 10minute medium flame.milk reduce
  2. Another pan ghee half cut canju badam golden fry.
  3. Milk is reduced than grated mava at list 10/15minute medium flame than ghee sugar cardimon powder half dry fruits.
