Ingredients of Motichur Ladoo Pie:

  • For Crust
  • 200 gm Marie biscuits
  • 60 gm unsalted Melted Butter
  • 4 tbsp condensed milk
  • For Second layer/ Filling
  • 2 leftover Motichur Ladoo
  • 220 gm creamcheese at room temperature
  • 4 tbsp condensed milk- adjust
  • 2.5 tsp Gelatin(Use Agar Agar for Veg)
  • 3 tbsp cold Water
  • 1/2 tsp vanill extract
  • For Top layer
  • 4-5 leftover Motichur Ladoo
  • 3 tbsp Nuts etc to Garnish - optional

Method for "Motichur Ladoo Pie":

  1. Grind biscuits to crumbs. Add melted butter and condensed milk to biscuits crumbs. Mix well
  2. Grease pie dish and add crumbs mix to dish. Spread evenly to bottom and sides.Chill crust for 30 minutes
  3. Sprinkle Gelatin over cold water, gently stir. Rest aside for 5-10 minutes until mixture becomes Spongy. Alternately Agar Agar can also be used
  4. Blend creamcheese, condensed milk and vanilla extract in a bowl until well combined
  5. Crumble 2 Motichur ladoos and add to creamcheese. Mix well
  6. Microwave or over low heat dissolve gelatin. Stir until dissolved completely. Add gelatin to creamcheese and mix well
  7. Pour the creamcheese mixture over chilled crust and spread evenly. Chill pie for 5-6 hours
  8. Slowly detach bottom of the pie dish and transfer the pie to serving plate
  9. Crumble 4-5 leftover Motichur ladoos and spread evenly over creamcheese layer
  10. Garnish with nuts etc as desired
  11. Cut with hot knife and serve
