Ingredients of Gulabjamun:
- 1bowl Mawa
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups Sugar
- 3 cup water
- 1/2 tsp elaichi powder
- Oil to fry
Method for "Gulabjamun":
- Mix sugar into water in low flame until sugar melt. Then boil for8 minutes. Make syrup. Keep aside.
- Mix khowa and flour. Make soft dough. Add baking soda. Mix well.
- Make small ball and fry till golden.
- Put balls into warm syrup for30 minutes. Serve.
